The Customer Care Centre is situated in the Customer Services Building in Main Street, Knysna (Old Standard Bank building). Driving from Plettenberg Bay’s side, it is on your left, just before the Main Street Market. Coming from George, on your right, across from Memorial Square.
At the Customer Care centre you can:
- Query your accounts
- Pay your accounts
- Pay deposits and connection fees
- Apply for Rates Clearance Certificates
- Apply for new connections, or request a disconnection
- Apply for, and renewal of, vehicle licenses
- Vehicle registration
- Apply for your driver’s license and Learner’s License
